How long does it take for orders to ship?
Orders typically ship in 3-5 business days. The day you order being day zero. So, if you order on a Monday, your order will be dispatched by the following Monday.
How is my order packaged?
Orders are wrapped in brown honeycomb paper and then placed inside a white shipping box. If your item has straws, the straws will be on each side or across the top of the wrapped item. If you add a gift note, that note will then be placed on top of the honeycomb paper.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes! During checkout there is an area to add a gift note, this will be printed on plain cardstock and placed inside your package so it is the first thing your buyer sees.
What happens if the item is returned?
The return address will state it is from "Shipping Department" and the item will then be returned to us back in Indiana. No worries though, just send me an email and we can get your item shipped back out next business day to the corrected address. Additional shipping fees may be incurred.
